No magic tricks here—just DIY granola that’s all crunch and convenience, with spellbinding, sweet ‘n salty flaves. This recipe makes a big batch so you can have some on hand for a grab ‘n go breaky. Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Line two Sheet Pans with Sheet Pan Liners.  
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, seeds, coconut, and seasoning for nuts. Stir in oil and liquid sweetener until granola is evenly coated. 
  3. Evenly divide granola between pans and spread into a single layer. Bake 18 min, stirring halfway through, or until light golden brown.  
  4. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.  
Tips

Use neutral oil, like canola or avocado. 

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 12 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt and 1 cup fruit.
